US: Extended stay brand Level Hotels & Furnished Suites has revealed its latest property in West Hollywood, California will open this autumn.
The luxury extended stay property will offer 36 suites including studios, one and two-bedroom options. Amenities include an outdoor pool and spa, steam and sauna rooms, sports court, an indoor theatre, and a pet run and private dog washroom.
When open, the hotel will be available for a stays of 30 days and more.
Level Hotels & Furnished Suites are designed, built, owned, and operated by Onni Group. The upcoming Level hotel sits within its mixed-use complex SMB Hollywood which in total offers 224 rental apartments. Residences are currently available for pre-leasing.
Additional amenities at SMB Hollywood include coworking space and a wellness centre.
