USA: LivAway Suites has expanded its economy extended stay lodging in West Jordan, Utah at 7372 South Campus View Drive.
The property is close to downtown Salt Lake City, Salt Lake International Airport, and Kennecott Copper Mine.
It marks the latest development during a period of expansion for LivAway Suites, with “multiple groundbreakings” due to take place across the United States in the coming months. In March this year, the group officially broke ground on its first location in Nashville.
Kevin Dailey, COO of the company, said: “We’re selecting markets like West Jordan with robust economic drivers to expand our unparalleled, contemporary hotel product.
“The West Jordan location is our second hotel groundbreaking in just over a month and will be followed by 30-plus additional sites that are in various stages of permitting across the country. With most of the competition in this segment being tired and 20-plus years old now, we are excited to bring a fresh, modern approach to economy extended stay. We believe our guest deserves better.”
LivAway Suites provides services such as guest-facing technology including self-serve check-in kiosks, smart laundry facilities and parcel-locker systems. The extended stay hotel brand is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
