UK: The latest addition to Living Rooms’ portfolio, 74-78 Marylebone Lane has opened with seven apartments close to Marylebone High Street.
The collection, now consisting of six properties, includes The Laslett (Notting Hill), No.5 Maddox Street (Mayfair), Europa House (Little Venice), 56 Welbeck Street (Marylebone), Weymouth Mews (Marylebone) and the new 74-78 Marylebone Lane.
Marylebone Lane’s seven apartments are designed in collaboration with Tom Bartlett of Waldo Works. There are three one-bedroom apartments, three two-bedroom apartments, and one three-bedroom apartment with an outdoor terrace. The property provides a dedicated concierge services, high-speed broadband and is pet friendly.
