UK: Living Rooms will open its fifth property in London later this month, in Marylebone.

Living Rooms is a series of design-led residences and hotels founded by Tracy Lowy which aim to “provide the seclusion and freedom of a private home, but with all the services and perks of a five-star hotel”.

Located in a modern Grade II listed industrial building, Weymouth Mews is a five-minute walk from Marylebone High Street and Great Portland Street.

It features seven apartments – four one-bedroom units, two three-beds, and one two-bed. Designed by architects Morrow and Lorraine, the apartments have interiors designed by Lowy which feature furniture from designers Willy Rizzo, Maurice Burke, Carl Jacobs and Frank Guille. The apartments have also been decorated in a selection of prints and commissioned pieces from Lowry’s artist and photographer friends.

Each apartment will have an iPad with a neighbourhood guide, and a record player with a music collection “chosen by industry icons”. The property will have a dedicated 24-hour telephone concierge, bikes for exploring the local area, and access to local gyms or personal trainers.

Weymouth Mews will be the fifth member of the Living Rooms collection, which also includes The Laslett in Notting Hill, No.5 Maddox Street in Mayfair, Europa House in Little Venice and 56 Welbeck Street in Marylebone.</p
