US: Residential hospitality company Locale has this month broken ground on its latest aparthotel The Dylin in Madison, Wisconsin, with a scheduled launch for late 2024.
Located in the Capitol East District of Madison, The Dylin is being developed in partnership with McGrath Property Group.
It will feature 55 units ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments, as well as two houses offering two-bedrooms and four-bedrooms individually.
Each room or residence will provide a fully-equipped kitchen, private laundry facilities, and upscale bathroom amenities. Guests will be supported with 24/7 concierge services.
Additional amenities include on-site parking, meeting spaces, and a fitness centre.
