China: Marriott, in an agreement with China Central Place, will bring The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Executive Apartments to Suzhou, in eastern China.
The Ritz-Carlton and Marriott Executive Apartments plan to open by the end of 2024 and in the middle of 2025, respectively.
The Ritz-Carlton, Suzhou will feature 190 guestrooms and suites. The hotel plans to offer dining options such as a specialty restaurant with an open kitchen, a Chinese restaurant, a destination bar, and a lobby lounge. The hotel will also include an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and signature Ritz-Carlton Spa with four treatment rooms, 735 sq m of conference and event facilities and a 508 sq m ballroom. The interior design will be done by Remedios Studio.
Marriott Executive Apartments, Suzhou will have 270 residential apartments with one- and two-bedrooms. They will have separate sleeping, living, and working areas. The serviced apartment building will also have a 31 sq m meeting room, a resident’s lounge and a breakfast and evening cocktails room.

China Central Place, Suzhou is a newly built, mixed-use development that has hotels, residences, retail, and offices. The two new Marriott properties will serve as key components of the Huamao Group-developed complex.
