Oman: The Millennium & Copthorne Hotels has launched its first Millennium Executive Apartments in Muscat.
The Millennium Executive Apartments Muscat development will feature are 115 one-, two- and three-bedroom self-contained apartments. Facilities include a health club, two F&B outlets and a boardroom.
The project is the group’s global debut for its apartment brand and its first property in Oman.
Ali Hamad Lakhraim Alzaabi, president and CEO, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels MEA said: “We are witnessing an increase in demand from guests looking for serviced apartments. We have identified Muscat as a market with lots of potential for growth.”
Millennium Executive Apartments Muscat is part of an extensive development with Al Madina Real Estate Company, including Muscat Grand Mall and addition of the 328 room Grand Millennium Hotel Muscat.
