UK: US provider National Corporate Housing has acquired an interest in London operator West London Apartments.
National says the investment will allow it to offer “an even more cohesive experience in the United Kingdom to all clients and guests”.
“We are excited to announce an investment in West London Apartments”, said Tom Atchison, CEO of National Corporate Housing. “With their high-touch service model and their attention to product quality, we are honoured to be a part of West London’s future growth. It is our intention to continue to identify UK based companies that share our values and provide them with capital to further their success.”
WLA was founded in 2008 by Nader Khan and Geoff Owen, with apartments in Uxbridge. It has since expanded to cover Ealing, Chiswick and Brentford. Owen said: “We are extremely pleased to announce our partnership with National Corporate Housing. When Nader and I were approached to talk with National, the decision to partner was easily made due to the synergy between the ethos of both companies. When you believe in being the best that you can be and then find an organisation that shares the same values and standards, the decision process is simple. WLA would like to thank Ben Davis and Saxbury for the introduction to National.”
