India: Luxury hotel company The Oberoi Group has launched Trident Residences in New Delhi, serviced by the group’s Trident Hotels brand.
Developed in partnership with BI Design, 19 bespoke apartments designed by Askhat Bhatt will be available for sale this summer. The show residence is now available to view.
The apartments are located within a gated complex and will comprise eight three-bedroom apartments, seven four-bedroom apartments and four penthouses. Sizes range from 3,600 square feet to 9,300 square feet.
Facilities will include a concierge, lobby manager, meeting rooms, a fitness centre, with additional amenities such as a business centre and salon available at the The Oberoi in New Delhi. Apartment owners will also be awarded Trident Privilege Membership alongside other offers from Trident Hotels.
