US: Palihouse Hyde Park Village, the nineteenth hotel from Palisociety, is set to open this autumn in Tampa.
Located in the historic district of Tampa, Palihouse Hyde Park Village will offer 36 bedrooms and a lobby lounge with a cafe and bar.
All bedrooms will come with a kitchenette including Smeg mini fridges, custom dining tables, Nespresso coffee machines and stocked mini bars. Bathroom products will be supplied by Diptyque.
The opening will mark the fifth hotel launch for Palisociety this year, as well as the company’s debut in Tampa.
“Hyde Park is noted as the most revered destination neighbourhood in Tampa and with Hyde Park Village’s innate charm and sense of style, we knew it was a natural fit for a Palihouse hotel,” said Avi Brosh, founder and CEO of Palisociety. “We particularly covet finding unexpected properties in communities where we can create a unique and creative new aesthetic and vision for the area that feels like a natural extension of its existing appeal.”
Palihouse Hyde Park Village will join other Palihouse locations in Santa Monica, West Hollywood, and Santa Barbara.
Other brands by Palisociety include Palihotel, ARRIVE, and Le Petit Pali which debuted in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California last month. Palisociety acquires, designs, develops, owns and operates hotels and residences across the United States.
