US: Management company PM Hotel Group has added Staybridge Suites Tysons – McLean, in Virginia to its portfolio.

Staybridge Suites Tysons – McLean, Virginia, offers apartment-style suites with full kitchens and separate living rooms in select accommodations.

Amenities include a seasonal outdoor pool, a gym,  and a business centre.

SAK Developers recently acquired the 142-key property for an undisclosed sum. David Perrin, SVP at Hunter Hotel Advisors, represented the institutional seller.

“We’re thrilled to announce our latest mid-Atlantic closing with the Staybridge Suites Tysons-McLean,” Perrin said. “The acquisition marks an excellent opportunity for the buyer to further expand their D.C. Metro portfolio and capitalise on the unique location and dynamic demand centred around this hotel. We truly appreciate both the buyer and seller’s trust in Hunter to manage this transaction, especially in the current challenging market conditions.”

Staybridge Suites Tysons – McLean joins other properties in the region managed by PM Hotel Group, including extended-stay hotel Hampton Inn and the recently opened luxury hotel Washington Marriott Capitol Hill.

“Our team is thrilled to expand our footprint in the Washington DC Metro area and to further our relationship with IHG Hotels and Resorts” said Joseph Bojanowski, president, PM Hotel Group. “PM Hotel Group is uniquely positioned to deliver exceptional value through our approach to enhancing the guest experience and driving operational excellence and financial results.”
