Australia: A Quest Apartment Hotels franchisee in Perth has strengthened connections with the local business community, signing a partnership with the CEO Institute.

The East Perth property will now feature a private executive lounge on its penthouse floor, serving as the official state headquarters for the business networking and executive membership organisation. For a day fee, guests can access the club’s meeting rooms, buffet breakfast, co-working space, lounge and rooftop bar area. CEO Institute members receive complimentary access and discounted accommodation as part of their annual membership fee.

Quest Apartment Hotels franchisee and East Perth property owner Byron McDonald said the partnership and executive lounge initiative provides “meaningful access to his primary clientele”.

“Our guests stay with us because our apartments offer a home away from home experience in the heart of Perth. An executive lounge compliments our core strengths while maintaining a guest experience that’s expected of Quest,” said McDonald. “Our partnership with The CEO Institute increases our service offering while providing a valuable business network to corporate travellers. The executive lounge is a fantastic use of our top floor that ultimately gives our guests more options.”

Director of the CEO Institute WA, Steve Stanley said: “We have a proven record of increasing revenue for our members thanks to the quality of our membership base and the professional development services we provide. Quest Apartment Hotels has a strong reputation for servicing corporate travellers, so we’re pleased to partner with Quest East Perth to provide our members with a premium hospitality experience.”
