Australia: Quest Apartment Hotels has opened its latest property, Quest St Kilda Road, weeks before the start of the Australian Grand Prix which takes place in Melbourne.
The property was developed by EBG Development and features 104 serviced apartments including studio, one- and two-bedroom units. The site forms part of the New Charsfield development, a mixed-use development integrating the heritage listed Charsfield Mansion in its foreground.
Located between Commercial and Toorak roads, the aparthotel is close to Albert Park Lake and provides easy access to Melbourne’s central business district and the bay-side suburb of St Kilda.

Catherine Mapperson, who started her career as a receptionist at Quest South Yarra Mews, was appointed franchisee by the aparthotel operator. Quest St Kilda Road is her third Quest franchise and she brings more than 20 years of aparthotel management experience to the role.
