Ghana: Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of Earl Heights Suites Hotel in Accra, the first Radisson Individuals property in Africa.
Located in Dzorwulu, the property is currently undergoing a full renovation and is on schedule to open later this year.
Located five kilometres from Kotoka International Airport (KIA), the serviced apartment property is also near shopping malls, restaurants, and the University of Ghana. The 58-key property will comprise studios, one- and two-bedroom suites, and will offer a restaurant, bar, spa, gym, pool, convenience store and business centre.
Radisson Individuals is a conversion brand that offers independent hotels and regional chains the opportunity to be part of the global Radisson Hotel Group platform.
Radisson Hotel Group plans to triple its serviced apartments portfolio within the next five years across EMEA.
