US: The 104-key Residence Inn Rehoboth Beach has opened for business in Delaware.
Owned by Colonial Hotel 2, LLC and managed by Real Hospitality Group (RHG), the extended stay hotel features suites with full kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. Amenities include an outdoor pool, gym, meeting rooms, market and full-service bar.
“We believe most of the stays will be your vacationers, but as area grows there is a large need for extended stays,” said Julie Hudson of the ownership group. “Travel nurses, larger construction firms.”
The property is the first all-suite hotel in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
