UK: Developer The Parklane Group has revealed plans for a £160 million mixed-use project called INC.
The proposed 33-storey development at the western gateway to Leeds City Centre will feature a mix of commercial, residential and leisure facilities including a 198 unit aparthotel, 163 privately rented apartments, 200 co-living apartments, almost 4,000 square metres of co-working space, a bar and restaurant, swimming pool, gym and retail facilities.
International architect and engineering firm BDP has been appointed to develop the design for INC, which will be showcased at next week’s MIPIM event in Cannes, as one of Leeds City Region’s prime investment opportunities.

This development will be the first of its kind in the UK and a concept that can be rolled out in other cities across the country and internationally.”
