US: Real estate management, development and design company, Method Co., will open its seventh ROOST aparthotel in Baltimore on 1 July 2023.
The 81-room aparthotel is located within Baltimore Peninsula, a new waterfront neighbourhood in the city. The property has been developed by MAG Partners and MacFarlane Partners.
Designed by architecture firm Hord Coplan Macht, the aparthotel features a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Interiors have been led by Aumen Asner in collaboration with Method Co.’s in-house design team.
Additionally, Method Co. will be leasing out 40 units for long-term residents who will have access to all of the building’s amenities.
Amenities include a 24/7 concierge, an on-site fitness centre with Peloton bikes, and 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space such as an open-air pool with cabanas as well as an outdoor bar, lounge and fireplace.

The ROOST Apartment Hotel brand is expanding its portfolio with locations in Philadelphia, Cleveland, Tampa, and Detroit, as well as plans to open additional locations in Philadelphia in autumn 2023 and Charleston in 2024.
