US: Real estate management, development and design company Method Co., in partnership with developer Cimbra Partners, have opened ROOST Kelly Drive in the East Falls neighbourhood of Philadelphia.
ROOST Kelly Drive is located within The Driftway – a luxury rental and multi-use development. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, The Driftway features nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space, 142 luxury residential units, and the 33-unit ROOST Apartment Hotel.
Accommodation at ROOST offers full-sized kitchens with islands, bedrooms with a showers and baths, and furnishings from Audo, Gubi, Industry West, and Schoolhouse.
Guests of the aparthotel will have access to amenities at The Driftway including an outdoor pool and lounge area, games room, private workspaces, a fitness centre and wellness room, pet wash, an e-bike rental program, and more. Scheduled for later this year, Method Co. will also open a cafe located on The Driftway’s ground floor.
