UAE: Property developer Deyaar has launched Rosalia Residences in the centre of Al Furjan, Dubai.
Construction of Rosalia Residences began last month and is scheduled for completion by September 2025.
It marks Deyaar’s third project in Al Furjan, joining Amalia Residences which launched in 2022 and Millennium Talia Residences operated by Millennium Hotels & Resorts. The three properties form part of a total project portfolio worth AED 300 million.
Comprising nine residential floors and retail on the ground floor, Rosalia Residences features 117 units ranging from one to three bedroom apartments, as well as amenities including a splash pad, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, multipurpose hall, and a BBQ area.
