Russell Davidson joins Aberdeen’s AM-PM Serviced Apartments

UK: Russell Davidson has joined AM-PM Serviced Apartments to manage the company’s growing number of short-term lease properties.

He brings to the role a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, gained in a variety of positions in Aberdeen and Edinburgh.

AM-PM Serviced Apartments’ portfolio has grown from three to 26 properties in the last 12 months. The company offers lets of between one week and six months. It is part of AM-PM Leasing, which was established by managing director, Duncan Kerr, in 2007. The company currently employs seven people from its Union Street office.

AM-PM managing director, Duncan Kerr said: “We have experienced a marked upturn in business, particularly during the past nine months, therefore it is important to create this new role of serviced apartment manager to ensure that we are correctly meeting the needs of our growing client base. We are delighted to welcome Russell to the company in this position.

“The oil and gas sector is an important and growing part of our business and we welcome many visitors and commuters to our properties where they can experience a meeting of five-star hotel standards and a ‘home-from-home’ environment in a cost-effective way,” he added.
