UK: The luxury Sanctum Apartments, located in north-west London, is being marketed at a guide price of £30 million by real estate agency Savills.

Sanctum Apartments offers 43 luxury serviced apartments ranging from one to three-bedroom residences, arranged over 11 floors.

Amenities include a gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam room, 43 car parking spaces across two basement floors, and 24-hour concierge. It represents a total gross internal area of 80,990 square feet.

The property is located on the corner of No.1 Greville Road, in the centre of Kilburn on the border of Maida Vale. It first opened in December 2006.

The freehold property, with C1 and C3 dual use, is to be sold free of brand and unencumbered by an operator.

Alex Sturgess and Kitty Snaydon from the hotel specialists team at Savills are overseeing the sale, alongside William Mullery and James Laverack from the company’s London residential investment team.

A recent report from Savills on European Serviced Apartments revealed that the sector recorded nearly €700 million in transactions in 2023, representing 4.7 per cent of total hospitality volumes.

By 2028, London is also expected to overtake Paris as the largest serviced apartment market in Europe, with a projected 21 per cent increase in supply.
