US: Sandpiper Hospitality has added Suburban Extended Stay Hotels in North Carolina to its portfolio, expanding its partnership with Choice Hotels.
The Suburban Extended Stay Hotels Camp Lejeune, NC, which is located in Jacksonville near Camp Lejeune, contains 117 apartment-style units with fully equipped kitchens, TVs, and desks. The economy extended stay property also includes WIFI, a business centre, a pool, a fitness centre, guest laundry, and meeting spaces.
The new management is an expansion on Sandpiper’s existing relationship with Choice Hotels. Sandpiper currently manages 27 WoodSpring Suites across the country, which is part of the Choice Hotels franchise system.

Sandpiper is approved by Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Choice Hotels, and Extended Stay America to manage their properties, and the company has a portfolio of 47 hotels in 13 states.
Sandpiper, which is based in Virginia, has plans to continue its expansion across the country.
