Worldwide: Enter the 2024 Serviced Apartment Awards by 22 March 23:59 GMT for a chance to win any of our 19 categories.
The Serviced Apartment Awards are held annually in London, celebrating the global serviced apartment, aparthotel and extended stay sectors.
Now in its ninth year, the 2024 ceremony will take place on 23 May at Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge. The black tie dinner and celebration is an opportunity to recognise excellence amongst industry peers, highlight innovation and best practice, as well as reward achievement.
There are 19 award categories up for grabs – all of which are free to enter. For 2024, all criteria have been revamped to reflect the evolution of the industry, and several new categories have also been introduced. These include:
• Best flex rental operator
• ESG award – operator or property
• ESG award – supplier or service provider
• Team of the year
We’re encouraging nominations for our Rising Star and Industry Inspiration awards – open to anyone working in the extended stay industry. SAN readers will get the opportunity to vote for their winner once the shortlist has been decided.
