Mixed-use serviced apartment project in Gurgaon underway

India: Construction company Leighton Asia has secured a $87 million contract by property developer Elan Group for a mixed-use serviced apartment project in Gurgaon, India.

The scheme is set to include a retail mall, a five-storey hotel, a seventeen-storey serviced apartment tower, and a sky bar and terrace.

It is located in Sector 82 of Gurgaon with a total built-up area of around 207,000 square-metres. Construction is expected to begin this month with a timeline for completion in Q4 2027.

When finished, the scheme aims to achieve a four-star Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA).
