China: The Shangri-La group has unveiled its latest residential property, The Moon Residences, Kunming.

The property will feature 21 floors of 224 serviced apartments, all fully furnished by the end of construction.

The Moon Residences is set in one of two towers located in the business district of Kunming, the regional capital of Yunnan province. The towers were designed to reflect the local heritage of the province.

Each apartment ranges from 63 to 351 meters in size and will offer views of the city through their floor to ceiling windows. The largest unit encompasses 351 square meters of space with an indoor spiral staircase.

Further amenities include a 300 square meter clubhouse on the ground floor and a set of all-day services such as security, business concierge, and leasing management. This represents the latest Shangri-la property, after their offerings at The Residences at One Galle Face in Colombo, the Yavis Residence in Dalian and the Lakeview Yangzhou.

The development’s second tower is currently under construction, set to become a luxury hotel. Shangri-la has further noted it may add in a commercial hub area.
