UK: Global accommodation agency Situ has appointed Suzanne Luscombe as property partner growth director.
Luscombe brings more than 22 years of experience working in the real estate industry to her new role, including property sales, lettings, build-to-rent, property management and the extended-stay rental market.
She joins Situ following the company’s acquisition of Rentivo, and will be responsible for expanding Situ’s supply chain of compliant accommodation suitable for mid-term and extended stays.

Other recent hires by Situ include Jake Seage as business travel account director. The appointments follow a restructure of the senior team last summer, which saw Gonzaga promoted to MD and Phil Stapleton move to CEO.
