Northern Ireland: Developer Z Property Group has appointed Sonder to operate a nine-storey serviced apartment building on Dublin Road in Belfast.
Currently under construction, the site will offer 84 serviced apartments and is expected to open in Q4 2025.
The project has been funded by Assetz Capital who provided a £9 million development loan.
