US: Developer Daly Seven, Inc. has opened its first Home2 by Hilton property in Duncan, South Carolina.

The 112-room hotel is close to BMW Manufacturing and Tyger River Park.

Jon Daly, chief operations officer at Daly Seven, said: “We chose Duncan as the location for our first Home2 by Hilton because we believe in the continued growth of the I-85 corridor. We felt it would be a powerful partnership to build an extended stay hotel next to our focused-service Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville/Spartanburg.”

The hotel is Duncan’s only extended-stay property. The pet-friendly, all-suites hotel features a kitchenette, modular furniture, and a seating area with sofa-bed in every room. The hotel also offers community spaces including a lobby, a grab-and-go, and a combined laundry and fitness area.

“Being the only extended-stay hotel in this area, along with our block-and-plank soundproofed construction, we can ensure that our long-term guests and sports teams can cohabitate peacefully any night of the week,” said Lori Garrett, sales manager.  “We are also excited to build a sense of community with our guests.  Whether it’s relaxing at our outdoor firepit with your dog or cheering on young athletes as they head out for their big tournaments, you’ll have a more enriching experience when you choose to stay with us.”

Located at exit 63 along I-85, Home2 Suites by Hilton Duncan offers easy access to the Spartangreen Business Park and the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport.

A grand opening will take place at the property on Thursday February 7th, with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5pm.

Daly Seven is a family-owned hotel development and management company that has been operating hotels for more than 43 years and currently has 39 properties in VA, NC, and SC.</p
