UK: STAY, part of the LABS collective, has launched a corporate subscription programme, which it says is the first of its kind in the serviced apartment sector.

The model is designed to accommodate a “new generation of business travellers” and was launched in response to the change in demands of corporate travel needs.

The ‘All You Can STAY’ scheme was designed for companies who want to optimise their employee travel costs, fix rates and secure a flexible term and guaranteed inventory across a minimum 12-month period at the group’s STAY Camden property on Hawley Wharf, north London.

The property features 169 apartments across a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.

STAY says the subscription model takes away the “hassle of a traditional rental model” and eliminates the need for utility bills and housekeeping. Clients will also have access to flexible office space at eight LABS locations across London.

Added benefits include a tailored welcome grocery pack from Melrose and Morgan; pre-loaded Oyster cards or UBER credit; virtual concierge and gym access.

Sam Ghosh, vice president of operations for STAY said: “We’re incredibly excited to announce our new travel programme for our corporate guests. The current global shift in work culture – from office to home to anywhere – is a trend well covered in the media. We at Stay want to respond to this new reality by creating this exciting new subscription-based business model – a first for the serviced apartment sector.”
