The suites are decorated in bright colours with exposed concrete textures and bespoke artwork. Hallways feature Manchester worker bees by Stencil Artist DS, whilst living rooms have a diptych series by creative producer Ari Sturm.
The building includes an onsite gym, roof terrace, free Wifi and access to digital newspapers and magazines via Newsstand.
An all-day dining and drinking space is set to open in 2019.
