SV Hotel opens first Residence Inn in Switzerland

Switzerland: SV Hotel, part of management company SV Group, has opened the debut Residence Inn extended stay hotel in Switzerland, located in Geneva.

The Residence Inn Geneva City Nations is located in the Petit Saconnex district.

It offers 99 suites spread across seven floors, along with a meeting room, fitness centre, and a 24/7 grab-and-go market. The property is aimed at guests who stay for five nights or more.

We are proud to introduce this proven brand to the Swiss market after opening the first Residence Inn in Europe in Munich in 2011. As a franchisee, SV Hotel operates hotels under the Marriott brands Courtyard, Residence Inn, Renaissance and Moxy in Switzerland and Germany. From 2025, Hyatt Centric will also be part of the portfolio with a first hotel in Hamburg. 

Additional brands include Stay KooooK as well as individual hotels such as La Pergola in Bern and Amaris in Olten, Switzerland.
