Ireland: Synergy Global Housing has announced the opening of its new Dublin property, Synergy St Stephen’s Green

This is the company’s fifth property opening across EMEA in the last 12 months as a result of increased demand for serviced apartments in Dublin due to the rise in commercial activity.

The apartments are close to restaurants, bars, and the neighbourhood’s green spaces. Public transport around the area can help guests reach the Dublin Docklands and Ballsbridge Embassy Belt in less than 30 minutes. The apartments feature one-bedroom and one-bathroom apartments, one-bedroom and two-bathroom duplex apartment which features its own office-set up and external courtyard. They will also have king-sized beds, a fully equipped kitchen, living area and bathroom with a rainfall shower and a 24-hour on-site security presence and secure apartment access.
