UK: The Stay Company, which owns four properties in Derby, has opened its first Nottingham property in West Bridgford.
The business says it has seen an encouraging few months of development across the region with the opening of a new property Dalby House in Derby. It has also hired a new guest services executive “to help bridge the gap between serviced accommodation and the hotel industry”.
The latest property, Devonshire Court, is situated on Radcliffe Road, on the edge of Nottingham city centre. The site will feature a mixture of one- and two-bedroom apartments, all with either private balconies or gardens with off road parking.
Director Dan Wilkinson said: “We’re really excited about the move into Nottingham, and it’s one we’ve been planning for a while. This move forms a huge part of our plans to expand across the East Midlands. The city is a hub for tourists and businesses alike, and there’s been a huge amount of local investment into the region making it full of opportunities”.
Managing director Manjas Lidder said: “Our new Devonshire Court property is the start of an exciting time for the business. We already have plans to open more apartments in Nottingham, and to expand into other cities in the East Midlands. As an industrial hub for the country the Midlands is full of valuable businesses which make up a huge portion of our customer-base, and we’re determined to help them as much as possible in these uncertain times. That’s why all of our properties are offering increased flexibility on bookings and check-ins and we’ve adapted our payment terms to help businesses who need it most.”
