UK: Serviced apartment provider TheSqua.re has added 10 pet-friendly apartments located in Wembley to its London listings.
TheSqua.re has expanded its London listings with the addition of 10 apartments located in Wembley. This brings the total number of listings in the city to 9,079 apartments across 884 buildings, according to TheSqua.re’s website.
The apartments are located close to Wembley Park and are housed in one building. Offering a range of one and two-bedroom units, the accommodation is pet-friendly with rooms offering private balconies and modern kitchen appliances.
Elsewhere on property, facilities include a fully-equipped gym, coworking spaces and a roof terrace. A 24/7 concierge service will support guest requests and inquiries.
The new apartments will be branded under TheSqua.re’s private label of serviced apartments, MySquare.
Tania Mezzaroma, head of account support and revenue for MySquare, said: “The boom in pet ownership during the pandemic has led to a significant rise in the demand for pet-friendly apartments. At TheSqua.re, we strive to be as accommodating as possible. In this situation, that involves onboarding new apartment units that fulfil this request.”
In other news, traveller interest in sustainability has led to TheSqua.re rolling out its carbon measurement tool EcoGrade across properties in the UK, the Netherlands, France and Spain. The tool provides travellers with a measurement of how sustainable a stay will be in one of TheSqua.re’s apartments.
