UAE: Time Hotels is set to open five new properties across the Middle East this year with a target of 35 properties by 2025.
The properties, which will bring existing as well as new Time Hotel brands to key territories throughout the region, will be unveiled during the Arabian Travel Market 2019, which takes place at Dubai World Trade Centre from 28 April 28 to May 1.
“We currently have 15 properties in operation across the UAE and wider Gulf Cooperation Council with new additions in Dubai, Sharjah and Saudi Arabia scheduled for this year as well as extending our presence to Egypt,” said Mohamed Awadalla, CEO of Time Hotels.
Among the new properties are the 28-unit serviced apartment Time Dammam Residence, located 35 minutes from Saudi Arabia’s King Fahad International Airport.
Joining Time Dammam Residence in Saudi Arabia will be the Time Golden Tower Al Khobar. Other new properties include the first Time Express hotel, in Sharjah; Time Asma Hotel in Dubai; and the Time Nozha Beach Aqua Park Hotel & Resort on Egypt’s Red Sea Coast.</p
