UK: Serviced apartment company Urban Chic has opened its latest property in London, located within the former Marine Ices site near Camden.
Urban Chic – Marine offers 19 apartments, ranging from one to three-bedroom units.
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and living room, with some providing a balcony. In-room amenities include a Smart TV, coffee machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils and appliances, and more. Lift access is available to all floors of the building.

Urban Chic has properties spread all across London having operated in the city for more than 10 years. In February 2024, the group launched two additional buildings in Covent Garden, building on its portfolio of three estates in the area.
According to its website, the most popular Urban Chic serviced apartments in London are located in Covent Garden, Paddington, Fitzrovia, and Marylebone.
