UK: Bristol developer Urban Creation has grown its serviced apartment offering in the city.
The company, which also developers and operates student housing and residential buildings, has launched Alison Court on Apsley Road in Clifton. Its other serviced apartment property Beech House, is a converted Victorian villa and a new mews building
Jonathan Brecknell, director and owner of Urban Creation, said: “I was always ambitious for Beech House but it has worked better than I could possibly have hoped so it made perfect sense to expand our serviced apartment operation at Alison Court.
