UK: Serviced apartment and student housing provider Urban Creation has acquired 62 Park Street which the company will operate as an office and apartments.

The acquisition of 62 Park Street marks the sixth property on the street for Urban Creation. Over the past 14 years, the building has been home to Mexican restaurant Mission Burrito.

Urban Creation will transform the upper parts of the site into three, two-bedroom apartments. The rest of the building will be used as office space, providing meeting rooms, desk space, and a welcome area for visitors.

Currently, the Urban Creation team are based at 76 Park Street. Handelsbanken acted as the group’s banking partner for purchasing the upgraded office site.

Elsewhere along Park Street, Urban Creation is overseeing two projects at numbers 71 and 48. Luxury student accommodation consisting of 17 apartments is currently under construction at 71 Park Street, including ground floor commercial space. Work at number 48 is almost complete, also offering student accommodation with commercial space downstairs.

The acquisition of 62 Park Street follows a recent rebrand for the company which saw the introduction of two sub brands: Urban Student and Urban Apartments. The group operates five sites across Bristol and London.
