UK: Serviced apartment and student housing provider Urban Creation has renewed its partnership with lender Handelsbanken for another five years.
Urban Creation provides serviced apartments and student accommodation in Bristol and London. To mark its 20th year in operation in 2024, the company recently completed a rebrand, introducing two distinct sub brands: Urban Student and Urban Apartments.
The extension of its partnership with Handelsbanken follows an initial five-year agreement which saw the lender support the refinancing of Urban Creation’s portfolio.
