UK: Serviced apartment operator Viridian Apartments has opened two luxury buildings in central London.
The two buildings, located in Mayfair and Holborn, add to Viridian’s recent opening of Peterson House in London this summer.
Viridian Apartments Darley House is a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments spread over two period buildings on Gilbert Street, Mayfair. Units come with open-plan living and dining areas, custom-designed kitchens with integrated appliances, and bathrooms with either a bath and shower overhead or a walk-in shower.
All apartments are supported by an on-site concierge and 24/7 guest services. The Darley House property joins the Signature Collection at Viridian.
Over in Holborn, Viridian Apartments Chancery Lane is a collection of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, including duplex options, housed within a Grade II-listed building. The living and dining areas are open-plan with bespoke kitchens, and bathrooms are equipped with rain-dance shower heads.
A new lift has been installed at the property serving the lower ground to fourth floors. Additional facilities include internal cycle storage and select apartments offer private outside spaces.
Dominic Sherry, CEO, Viridian Apartments, said: “We are immensely proud of our dedicated team’s unwavering commitment and tireless efforts that have culminated in the launch of Viridian Apartments Chancery Lane and Mayfair. Delighted to contribute these iconic buildings to the vibrant serviced apartment sector, this marks a significant milestone in our journey. Together with our previously launched Mayfair – Peterson House, we believe these residences will set a new standard for luxury and comfort, providing an exceptional experience for our valued guests in the heart of two of London’s most distinguished districts.”
