Switzerland: VISIONAPARTMENTS has acquired two buildings with 82 apartments in the centre of Geneva.
The properties are the former Ibis Styles Genève Mont Blanc and the Ibis Styles Genève Centre Gare. The ownership and management were transferred this month from Accor Group to VISIONAPARTMENTS. They have reopened under the names VISIONAPARTMENTS Hôtel Gare and VISIONAPARTMENTS Hôtel Mont Blanc.
The acquisitions bring the Vision portfolio to almost 2000 apartments.
“On our mission to grow further, the purchase of the two Ibis Styles hotels represents a crucial milestone in VISIONAPARTMENTS’ history. It is the proof that even during challenging times, our company is able to push limits and expand further,” said Anja Graf, founder, CEO and chairwoman of VISIONAPARTMENTS.
The former Ibis Styles Genève Mont Blanc, situated on Rue de Bern 15, offers 30 apartments over five floors with a restaurant situated on the ground floor.
The previous Ibis Styles Genève Centre Gare, located on Place Cornavin 8, is directly in the city centre of Geneva. It offers 52 air-conditioned apartments over six floors. On the ground floor, a new restaurant, La Lup Café, will offer European cuisine and a variety of Jar dishes.
