Malta: Belfast-based serviced apartment group the Warren Collection has opened its first property in Europe, located in the Msida area of Malta.
Park Heights by the Warren Collection features 36 serviced apartments and a roof top lounge and swimming pool. A gym is set to open in autumn this year.
Each apartment offers fully equipped kitchens, workspaces, and other amenities such as a rainfall shower, environmentally friendly air conditioning and balconies with city and sea views. Selected pet friendly rooms, accessible rooms, as well as family suites can accommodate up to two adults and two children.
It marks the fourth property in the Warren Collection portfolio, joining three others in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
