US: Flexible lodging brand WaterWalk has launched a new website with the ability to instantly book apartments without traditional leasing requirements.
WaterWalk provides fully furnished “STAY” units and ready-to-furnish “LIVE” units. Both offerings are now bookable through the company’s new website, available with no lease signing for three months or more.
Additional updates to the website include virtual 3D tours, advanced purchase options, promotional and discounted rates, simplified group bookings, and more.

All accommodation at WaterWalk offers fully equipped kitchens with full-size appliances, an in-room washer and dryer, storage space, and a living area. Utilities and housekeeping services are included, alongside 24/7 concierge and community amenities.
Since the beginning of 2023, WaterWalk has opened five new properties in Phoenix, Arizona; Sandy Springs, Georgia; Meridian, Idaho; Tucson, Arizona; and Jacksonville, Florida.
Additional Gen 2.0 developments include an upcoming opening this winter in Huntsville, Alabama, with plans to double in portfolio size by the end of 2024.
