US: Hospitality company Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has expanded into the upscale extended stay sector with a strategic partnership with flexible lodging brand WaterWalk.
The deal will add 11 hotels and over 1,500 rooms to Wyndham’s extended stay portfolio. The properties will be reflagged as WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham.
Located throughout the United States, WaterWalk hotels offer furnished Stay units and unfurnished Live units.

WaterWalk marks Wyndham’s third extended stay brand, joining ECHO Suites which launched in 2022 and Hawthorn.
