Germany: Serviced apartment operator YAYS has expanded into Germany with a new project in Berlin, developed by real estate partner Caprate.
YAYS Berlin Liesenbrücke will comprise 200 apartments split across 102 one-bedroom units and 98 studios. It is located between Mitte and Gesundbrunnen.
Amenities at the property will include a ground-floor coworking and community space managed by Denizen. The area will feature meeting rooms, an event lounge, a grab-and-go cafe, and a yoga studio.

The opening of YAYS Berlin Liesenbrücke is scheduled for 2026.
