Yays signs The Hague apartments

Netherlands: Yays has signed a long-term lease agreement for 53 serviced apartments at the Koninginnegracht in The Hague.

The former office building, near Malieveld, will be renovated and converted into a Yays aparthotel and will open Q4 2020.

Yays says it has the ambition to grow in Europe and is looking for partnerships with knowledgeable developers and investors in cities across Europe. With the signing of Yays Koninginnegracht Yays will be operating seven properties in five different cities across Europe.

Steven Smit, CIDO of Yays, said: “Every European city deserves a Yays! We are extremely pleased with opening in the city of The Hague that has strong leisure- and business fundamentals, attracting guests that our Yays apartments are an excellent match for.”

Peter Heule, CEO of Yays, added: “We feel honoured to give this office building a new life with Yays. This is the way how we would like to contribute to the development of The Hague. We’re looking forward to welcome the first guests and offer them this unique access to the city.”
