The Netherlands/Switzerland: Agent ServicedApartments.nl and temporary housing company At Home Switzerland have entered into a joint venture to launch YOSAA – Your Serviced Apartment Agency.
Founders Bella Nokes (At Home Switzerland), Michael Berendsen and Jouke Baaima (ServicedApartments.nl) met in 2016. The two companies, now forming YOSAA, will collaborate by leveraging existing portfolios and client bases to create a united agency.
The YOSAA booking platform connects business travellers with a range of premium serviced apartments located in Norway, The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and Switzerland.
The platform offers a guest portal for individual travellers and a mobility portal for corporates, providing a simple booking process for stays ranging from one week to indefinitely.
Serviced apartment providers can also join the partner program to list accommodation on the YOSAA platform.
YOSAA will steadily expand its services across Europe.
Nokes said: “The idea to work together was there from the beginning, so the decision to do exactly that was easily made.”
Baaima said: “We all had the same vision for global mobility, a commitment to duty of care, and recognised the importance of local knowledge and reach.”
Berendsen added: “Our goal is to build deep, trust-based relationships with local corporations.”
At Home Switzerland – Corporate Housing Solutions will continue to operate independently, while the At Home Switzerland – Agency Solutions division and ServicedApartments.nl will transition to YOSAA.
