UK: Your Apartment has opened the former Clifton House Hotel as a collection of contactless serviced apartments.
Director and co-founder of Your Apartment, Toby Guest, said: “After what has been an incredibly busy and prosperous summer in terms of occupancy, we’re really proud to unveil 24 brand new serviced apartments joining our ever-growing Bristol portfolio. We really have poured our heart and soul into this project as we continue to expand within the parameters of the City of Bristol and beyond.”
Located on Tyndall’s Park Road in Clifton, the former bed & breakfast now features 24 studio and one-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment features a fully integrated kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, space to dine, work or relax and super-fast Wi-Fi. There is also on-site private parking, bicycle storage and two communal laundry areas for long stay guests.
Guest added: “Despite the lifting of restrictions back in July, the unique Your Apartment concept seems to be going from strength to strength. We are optimistic about the opportunities this additional collection of apartments will bring for the business as we enter another new chapter.”
