Serviced apartment provider Your Apartment has launched its first serviced apartments outside of Bristol, in Brixton, south London.
Co-founders Charlie and Toby Guest have launched their first 10 serviced apartments in Brixton, south London.
Located on Brixton Road, just opposite Brixton Unground Station, Your Apartment – Brixton is close to Brixton Market, Brixton Overground Station and the Black Cultural Archives.
The 10 studio apartments each have their own fully integrated kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with power shower, and king-sized beds. Each of the apartments also benefit from super-fast Wi-Fi and two communal laundry areas for long-stay guests.
Managing director and co-founder of Your Apartment, Charlie Guest said: “My brother Toby and I have been working closely with London investors and partners for quite some time acquiring new long-term leases on properties across the city as well as across the UK. Brixton is the first of a number of new serviced apartments we are launching in London over the coming months and years.”

Your Apartment has more than 165 serviced apartments in Bristol. In December 2020, it launched its first new aparthotel concept Your Apartment – Clifton Village in Bristol. Towards the end of last year it also launched a new collection of serviced apartments in Clifton and acquired the management lease of the Grade II Listed Shepherd’s Hall in Bristol’s Old Market which is set to open in late 2022.
