UK: Located in Southwark, London, serviced accommodation brand Your Apartment has opened its third site in the capital.
Your Apartment – Old Kent Road features nine, two-bedroom units with open-plan living and dining areas. Each apartment comes with fully equipped kitchens including Nespresso coffee machines and SMEG kettles and toasters, along with SMART 4K TVs and Hypnos mattresses.
Two of the apartments provide private terraces whereas the rest feature balconies with outdoor seating. Sofas in the living rooms convert into double beds for additional guests, if required.
The opening closely follows the launch of Your Apartment – Shepherds Bush last month and joins Your Apartment – Brixton, marking the third property in London for the group.

Co-founded by Bristol-born brothers Charlie and Toby Guest in 2017, Your Apartment currently holds a portfolio of more than 300 serviced apartments across Bristol, London and Milton Keynes.
